Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GNTS, we understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend a course or workshop, please inform us in advance by emailing info@gnts.lk. Refunds and transfers are handled according to the following guidelines.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all GNTS training programs, including:

  • CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
  • Firewalls & Network Security
  • Network Automation
  • Server & Virtualization
  • Cloud Computing

2. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Before Course Start Date
    • 100% refund if you cancel before the course begins.
  • During the Course
    • Withdraw within the first 2 hours → 100% refund (no questions asked).
    • Withdraw after 2 hours → No refund applicable.

3. Transfers and Rescheduling

  • Before Course Starts
    • You may switch to another batch of the same course at no extra cost.
  • After Course Starts
    • If you cannot continue, you can join a future batch of the same course free of charge.

4. Important Notes

  • All cancellations, transfers, or reschedule requests must be made via email at info@gnts.lk.
  • No refunds if you have already accessed/downloaded course materials.
  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
  • Refunds/rescheduling are not available for non-attendance (no-shows).
  • GNTS may revise this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your registration will apply.

5. Cancellations by GNTS

  • GNTS may cancel or reschedule a course due to:
    • Low registrations
    • Trainer unavailability
    • Other unforeseen circumstances
  • In such cases:
    • You may choose a full refund OR
    • Transfer to a future batch at no additional cost

GNTS is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from course cancellations.
